  • Are the products you sell authentic?
    Yes! We only offer official, original and genuine products sold by the respective brands. We make sure to work only with brands that value original designs and condemn any form of knockoffs.
  • Do you ship overseas?
    Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout (free shipping on orders over $59). We have discounts and promotions throughout the year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
  • How long will it take to get my order?

    It depends on where you are. Order processing time is about 1-5 days.US orders will take 7-12 business days to arrive.Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 6-20 days. In the future we will list the approximate time needed to get to each country.

  • Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
    You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information.Member functions will be added to the account page in the near future.
  • What if I received a damaged or incorrect merchandise?
